  Management seriously need to learn how to staff properly. Waiting 30 minutes in the drive through before even getting to the speaker is a joke. And then processing to wait another 20 minutes before getting the food.

  The worst service I have ever had. Waited 15 minutes. Went up got a refund that only the manager knows how to do. Get stop complaining I'm not even the manager tell head office! Then when I suggest that tell customers there will be a long wait. I get a mouth full!! This so called manager needs the sack. The crew there need proper training and more staff

  There are some good McDonald's and some bad McDonald's, the service is not at a standard that we like or expect..
  
  McDonald's in Kippax has improved its service and the customer service since the last time I ordered from there.
  
  If you still come to McDonald's in Kippax, the crew will do the best to have the right order for you.
  
  It is very friendly with families and they have an indoor playground for the children to play.
  
  They have healthy wholemeal wraps with can be made vegetarian as well.
  
  They have McCafe where you coffee is made by a trained barista. They also have cold drinks and ice cream too.
  
  Come down and meet the crew and order what you want.
  
  Your first order for today is Breakfast.

  Ordered 2 quarter pounders, 2 large fries and a cheeseburger. We got the order and initially missing 1 large fries and cheeseburger. Went back into the store to get the rest of the order and was met by a rude manager who only gave me 1/2 a large fries and the cheeseburger. When I got home one of the quarter pounders was missing the top half and got a double quarter pounder for the second (which was cold).

  Order at Drive through a “Quarter Pounder Deluxe” meal, without Onion, pickles and a single slice of cheese. The image attached is what I received.
  
  It’s missing lettuce, tomato and the correct sauce. Surprisingly I still got both slices of cheese instead of 1. Was an incredibly disappointing experience. While I’m grateful they replaced it, after driving back to the store, an apology would’ve been nice.

  Once again.....pathetic. The drive through is consistently getting orders wrong. It is the norm more than the exception. If you want to get what you order, do not go to this branch.

  Great for quick fast food. Has a takeaway drive through.
